Who we are
Ademi Security was founded to raise standards in door supervision across London’s nightlife and events industry. We identified a gap in the market for professional, reliable security teams operating at a consistently high standard. Too often, venues are left with inconsistent service and personnel who fall short of expectations — which is exactly why Ademi Security was created.
Collectively, our team brings over 15 years of experience working within London’s nightlife sector, including extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ venues and events. This has allowed us to build a strong reputation within these communities, with a deep understanding of the environments, expectations, and standards required to operate safely, respectfully, and effectively.
Our approach
We don’t operate like large agencies that constantly rotate staff. Instead, we focus on building stable, professional teams that integrate seamlessly into your venue and understand its environment. We maintain clear and consistent communication with management, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is continuously acted upon.
Every member of our team is SIA-licensed, in-house trained, and carefully selected not only for experience, but for professionalism, communication, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Before being deployed to a venue, each door supervisor is fully briefed on site-specific requirements to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. We also prepare our team for real-life scenarios, equipping them with the judgement and confidence needed to handle critical situations professionally.
